A group of friends and I are coming into town for feb 11th through the 13th (bowling tourney). All of us have never been to B.R. and we want to make the most of the time we do have. Any sugestions would be great food, BARS, and any other places of interest. Twisted Evil

We are coming from Wisconsin, Milwaukee area. I am not looking forward to the drive but it should not be to bad. They say approx 15 hours but we will try to trim some time off of that. I heard of a crawfish festival going on is there anytruth to that?

You'll be here during crawfish festival but I haven't heard of any crawfish festivals during the time you'll be here.

The Louisiana Crawfish Festival is March 31-April 3 on the grounds of the Frederick J. Sigur Civic Center (formerly St. Bernard Civic Center) in Chalmette (just outside of New Orleans).

For really good bars to go to check out the weeknights in baton rouge topic. Well at least thats the ones I consider to be really good. Their are plenty to choose from around here though if none of those really appeal to you.
