John Morgan @ The Funny Bone/Keybangers

If you want to laugh more than you have ever laughed in your life you need to go see John Morgan at The Funny Bone formerly known as Five Star Bar. Opening for John is a very funny man from Alexandria known as Mista. I attend a lot of comedy shows both professional and amateur and I don't think I have ever laughed so long and so hard at anyone. His show is very energetic and appealing to anyone's sense of humor. There are two shows left, tonight at 8 and tomorrow at 8. After the comedy show hang around and enjoy the "dueling pianos" of Keybangers. I admit I was skeptical at first but I really got into the fun of listening to and singing along and dancing to the tunes the musicians were playing. If you have never been to a piano bar I highly recommend you go to Keybangers. The musicians take requests and then turn almost any song you can think of into a hilarious and reareally entertaining tune. It's not often that I go out and have this much fun at one place, but last night is definitely worth your time and the $10 cover to get into the comedy show. I think that the cover may be $5 after 10:00 but I'm not sure so I suggest you call them @ 225-928-9996. So get up get dressed and get your ass to The Funny Bone tonight or tomorrow for one of the best times you can have in BR.
